Every school year P.E teachers created this event. They prepared activities and games, this is always done in month of September. Intrams is the most awaited event in the whole school year, all student select the option to join. In the sports there's a volleyball, badminton, table tennis,track and field also the chess. There are four strands in Juan R. Liwag Memorial High School the ABM or the blue eagles, the HUMSS or the red falcons, the TVL or the yellow tiger and the STEM or the green archers. In the first day of intramurals they have the activity called Color Fun Run which is, you need to wear white shirt, in the begging there is a firefighter who will throw water and SSG is going to throw food color to taint the clothes, and we're going to run around the oval, or sometimes we're going outside the campus. They also have a cheerdance the four strands can join in this activity, this is what everyone's looking for. In this activity everybody's waiting for the stants and the dance move that every strand prepared. There's more, not just student can join in the intrams also the teachers, they will fight against winning the game they join. On the second day they searching for the MR and MS intrams. Every strand are cheerfully for their candidates, wearing their sports wear . The judges are choosing four or three pairs for the winners the 3rd,2nd,1st runner up and the CHAMPION.
